Gd4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the gd4d platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the gd4d platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gd4d platform.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. gd4d reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and gd4d as the platform operator. All users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the services offered.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the gd4d platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice and without payment of any outstanding balance.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. gd4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid copy of your national ID or passport, for the purposes of account verification and financial transaction processing.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. gd4d recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the gd4d support team immediately at: [email protected]. gd4d will not be liable for any loss arising from a user's failure to keep their account information confidential.
Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Registering using a false identity or inaccurate information.
- Manipulating or exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
3. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the gd4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to the user themselves.
Deposits into your gd4d account can be made via available payment methods, including online banking and accepted e-wallets. gd4d does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third parties. Any attempt to deposit funds from unauthorised sources will result in a temporary account freeze pending investigation.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered and verified under the same user's name. gd4d reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are typically completed within one to three business days.
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to the gd4d support team within thirty days of the transaction date. gd4d will not be liable for claims submitted beyond this period. All decisions made by gd4d regarding transaction disputes are final, unless there is clear evidence of an error on the platform's part.
4. Liability Limitations & Account Policies
Platform Liability Limitation
Gd4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activity, service disruptions, technical errors or unauthorised access to a user's account.
The gd4d platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and gd4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or continuous availability of the platform. We strive to keep the service running without interruption, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
Gd4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity or at the request of a relevant authority.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms by the user, gd4d reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with suspected illegitimate transactions. Users whose accounts have been closed in error may submit an appeal through gd4d's official support channels within fourteen days of the closure date.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gd4d platform, including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of gd4d and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content from the platform without prior written consent from gd4d.

The gd4d platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only, and gd4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those respective sites.
Amendments to Terms
Gd4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the gd4d platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
